IPA Goes To The New Guinea Islands Region

The Investment Promotion Authority will be opening its fourth regional office in East New Britain province which will serve the New Guinea
Islands region.

The IPA board has tasked the management to establish the New Guinea Islands Regional Office in Kokopo this year.

The management of IPA has identified an office space which is expected to be open for service by March 2011.

The Authority intends to bring its service closer to the people through its regional offices. 

The IPA so far has opened regional offices in Mount Hagen for the Highlands region, in Lae for the Momase region and the Buka office for the Autonomous Region of Bougainville while its head office in Port
Moresby caters for the Southern region of PNG.
