The Investment Promotion Authority wishes to advise its valued clients and the general public that the organization will be undergoing an office relocation exercise to its new office at Lawes Road, Konedobu at the end of May 2010. This is to consolidate all our services in one location for the benefit of our valued customers.
During this period, clients should expect a minimized level of service, as each respective office prepare to relocate.
We have taken steps to ensure that the exercise does not disrupt vital services delivered from the 4th Floor, Monian Tower, and such other services such as registry, lodgments including foreign certification and intellectual property services are maintained during this transition period. However, certain functions such as facilitation and promotion may be scaled down. Normal services will be maintained at our Lae, Buka and Mt. Hagen Offices.
The public is therefore advised that from 24th May 2010 to about mid June, all inquiries relating to Foreign Certification, the Intellectual Property Office and Finance & Administration matters should be referred to our Office at the 4th Floor of Monian Tower, Downtown, Port Moresby.
We will no longer be receiving clients at our Level 3 Office at the Credit Corporation Building as of that date. We further advise that on 31st May 2010, the IPA will permanently vacate the premises on the 3rd Floor of Credit Corporation Building. We will duly advise our valued clients and the public further once our full services are restored in our new operating location.
